I was very happy with the hotel and staff. It was really first rate all the way. If anything, the web site undersold the facility, and while I know you don't want to raise expectations to the point they can not be met, I am encouraging you to think again about how you can convey just how lovely the facility is and how well managed it is. When we return to Oaxaca you can be sure the the Hostal de la Noria will be at the top of our list of places to stay."
"Hostal de La Noria, is wonderful! It has a terrific location. We had a junior suite and the accomodations were great!. It is a charming boutique hotel decorated in colonial style which is very pretty. More importantly, the entire staff of Hostal de La Noria is warm, attentive, and helpful. The resturant is charming with good food. In addition, the waitstaff is extremely friendly and offers great service. We have traveled throughout the world and honestly, the entire staff of Hostal de La Noria is the best we have seen. I highly recommend Hostal de La Noria for an unforgetable and enjoyable experience in Oaxaca."

Oaxaca was a perfect place to spend Christmas and to introduce the Mexican culture to our children (ages 11 and 13). Our hotel was the Hostel de la Noria. It was beautiful with a great staff and a top-notch restaurant. I explored other hotels and B & B's during our stay (one of my passions) and didn't find one that compared. I had searched web sites without success for two weeks trying to make reservations and finally found the Oaxaca Hotel Group. I will definitely use OHG for our next trip to Mexico!

And as for the food--the only thing to say here is that I never had a bad meal. "Beautiful botique hotel. Excellent location. The rooms were very well appointed. The detail in design was fabulous! I adored the ambiance, the lovely staff and great food. It was like coming home at the end of the day.
We also very much appreciated the professionalism of the Oaxaca Hotel Group and Oaxaca Tours. Your effort, both before and after our visit, is a rare, and much-treasured, gesture in today's 'get their money and move on' world. Thank you. Though our encounter with you has been recent and brief, it seems to us that you are doing things just right. So keep on doing what you are doing the way you are doing it.

"Magic is certainly the right word for Oaxaca. We have been to many places in Mexico over the years, beginning with our honeymoon in Mexico City 33 years ago, but none quite as "magical" and engaging as Oaxaca. It is a lovely, lively, human-scale city, filled with color and attractions, both people and things. We very much look forward to returning."
